It is a deposit of €150,00 to be paid on arrival as a guarantee for the equipment in the rented apartment. The cost of any damage will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will then be returned upon check out.

Check-in time is from 16.00 to 19.00. Your accommodation is guaranteed only for that time having so many apartments to clean!
Check out is from 09.00 to 10.00, but if you wish to leave before this time, go to reception the previous evening by 7.00 pm and we will explain how to do it!

Have you booked the besafe all inclusive rate directly here on our website? The pools, the bar and all our common areas including the multipurpose court, are at your complete disposal on the day of check-in to start exploring Villa Giada Resort waiting to settle in the apartment and the day of check-out for a last fun before returning home!

If you arrive after the check-in time (4.00 pm - 7.00 pm), you must call and inform us of the delay. All the information necessary to get the keys to the rented apartment and how to get there will be given.

The check-out time is from 9.00 to 10.00. If the customer wishes to leave the night before, or the morning of the departure before the check-out time, it is necessary to go to Reception the day before and inform the staff. Since it is not possible to check the apartment, the deposit will still be returned, but a copy of the credit card will be required as a guarantee. Further information will however be given at the Reception. The check-out must be done strictly within 10.00 am.

If you have booked on our site bed linen and towels are always included in the booking. If you have booked through travel agencies, check with them if the linen is included in your booking. There is no daily cleaning, but if you want a change of towels you can request it at the reception. The cleaning of the apartment is final, on departure.

Each apartment has a bathroom with shower, a fully furnished kitchen - living room (dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses ...), fridge and freezer, microwave and a stove with 4 burners. The oven is not present. In the rooms there are pillows and blankets, and bed linen and towels. There is also a television (SAT TV with 8 multi-language channels), a kitchen table with chairs, a sofa bed and in some cases a sofa bed. The balcony or garden of each apartment is furnished with a table and chairs in wrought iron and an umbrella.

The balance must be paid upon arrival, at check-in. We accept debit and credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD), we do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS. For the payment in cash, following the Decree Law 201 "Urgent provisions for growth, equity", the threshold has fallen to € 1000. We therefore invite our guests to settle accordingly.

At Villa Giada Resort pets are welcome: the presence of the animal must be communicated at the time of booking and for each animal a supplement of € 15 will be requested, for extra treatment and cleaning at your departure. Upon your arrival you will find a kit in your apartment that includes:

  • 1 cover
  • 1 mat
  • 1 food bowl 
  • 1 water bowl 
  • 1 box containing: 1 sanitizing towel, 1 inflatable bowl, bags for its needs.

In regard to the other guests, we ask you to read and sign a regulation at your arrival.

If customers need first aid, they can go directly to the Imperia Hospital, about 10 minutes by car from Villa Giada, in Via Sant'Agata, 57, 18100 Imperia. For serious problems or emergencies call 118 and notify the reception.

The nearest supermarket and the Conad Superstore is about 700 meters away and is one of the largest in the city. The opening hours are from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 to 20.00, Sunday mornings from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 19.30. The Basko supermarket is about 2km away, open from 8.30am to 9.00pm. The Penny Market is about 1km, open from 08.00 to 21.00

From 1 February 2019, door-to-door recycling is in effect in the municipality of Imperia. Therefore we ask you to collaborate with us in the waste division, which you can throw in the bins located in the external area of our structure. To get the key, contact the reception. In our apartments you will find a card that will guide you in the correct separation of waste.
