RESTAURANT “A Cassa Garba”

Within the resort you can enjoy your meals at the restaurant "A Cassa Garba", tasting the typical dishes of the Ligurian and Italian cuisine. The restaurant offers a service of breakfast and dinner, and takes into account the requests for celiac, vegetarian, vegan or anyone suffering from a particular food allergy.

 

The breakfast, a buffet, offers more than 80 hot and cold dishes that you can eat outside even to appreciate the sunny days, in the outdoor area that offers views of the valley and the sea. The cost of breakfast (if it is not included in the price of your stay) is € 8.00 for adults and for children over the age of 13 years, € 5.00 for children aged 3 to 12 years and free for smaller children.

 

The dinner menu, served in two shifts at 19.00 and at 20.00, is thought to propose Ligurian specialties and Italian food. It is advisable to book, which you can do at the reception or at the restaurant. "A Cassa Garba" also offers a take away service, available from 18:00.

1: You will have the option to choose one of the starters or first course of our menu
2: You can choose a first course of pasta, a second from our menu
3: And finally a dessert or fruit of your choice from the menu

Try our cooking workshop

Cooking workshop "Pesto".

After a introduction briefing about the history of this typical Ligurian sauce, ideal condiment for pasta and noodles, you will be guided in the preparation of the pesto. Our cook Sara will teach you all the secrets to perform, following the ancient regional, recipe of the true "Pesto alla Ligure."

Followed by a tasting and a short introduction to the Ligurian wines that best match in this dressing.

Duration of the workshop about 70 min.

 

Cooking workshop "the TIRAMISU' "

Our cook Sara will teach you all the secrets to make a great dessert and its suggestive ranging from tiramisu with Nutella to that with strawberries and many other ideas.

Followed by a brief demonstration of how to make other desserts based on the original recipe.
